So many fond memories. Trying to whistle during our My Fair Lady scene - learning what a sternum was and why I needed to care - enunciation, breathing, and the ever present "If you begin to feel dizzy, put your head between your legs...". I too was often labeled "Rude, Crude and Unattractive". I learned respect for my elders and self respect from Mr. T and I can honestly say I am a better person because of all his time, energy and attention. So much of what he taught us became part of the fabric of who we are. When you consider how many people he affected and how many of those people have passed the values they learned on to their loved ones, his legacy is equal in volume to his booming commands and theatrical laugh. He will be missed but not forgotten.
