We had so many amazing teachers! And I am grateful to them all. As for Uncle George, he gave me the gift of music - one that I use every day. I've been known to sing Pirates of Penzance while doing dishes, or Cantate Domino while driving, or Brigadoon in the shower - drives my husband batty, but I don't care. Just now, I was playing guitar and signing Led Zep's Wish You Were Here. For one who used to be so painfully shy, music was a way to reach out and connect. I'm still shy, I just don't let it stop me anymore.
