So today an older man on the subway in NYC happens to start talking to a woman about this and that, he mentions for some reason that he had been a teacher in Westchester, she says she went to BBHS and he of course says "have you heard about George Trautwein" to which she replies "Yes and he was my favorite teacher!". The train then stops and she gets off at her stop. How in the world do two strangers on the subway after a few minutes end up talking about Uncle Trauty? Truly a legend... So if that was a member of this group, you were talking to Fred Green, Jane Sweeney's boyfriend. Anyone?

I was that person on the subway today! That man seemed in a somewhat bad
mood and so I struck up a conversation with him in order to cheer him up,
which is one of those things I tend to do to put good karma out there. We
got to talking about t...he Caribbean and he said he had wished he was in St. Martin because it was so cold here. I said my sister lives in Tortola. He
says a former student runs a dive shop there. I ask "What did you teach?" He says history at a HS in Armonk. I say, " I attended Blind Brook" He says,
did you hear about..... and the rest of that is in Patrick's email.
